主要(yao)用途(tu)
1、 用(yong)(yong)作食用(yong)(yong)香(xiang)精(jing)、日化香(xiang)精(jing)、醫藥中(zhong)間體。
2、是獲取粉香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、豆(dou)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的好香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)料(liao)。常作粉底(di)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。可廣用(yong)(yong)(yong)于幾乎所有(you)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)型(xing),如紫(zi)羅蘭、草(cao)蘭、葵花、東方香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)型(xing)中(zhong)。能和洋(yang)茉(mo)莉醛(quan)、異丁香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)酚(fen)芐(xia)醚、香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)豆(dou)素(su)、麝香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)等合(he)用(yong)(yong)(yong)兼作是定香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、修飾劑與和合(he)劑,也(ye)可用(yong)(yong)(yong)于掩蓋不良氣息。在食用(yong)(yong)(yong)、煙用(yong)(yong)(yong)香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)精(jing)中(zhong)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)也(ye)較(jiao)(jiao)廣,而且(qie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)量(liang)也(ye)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)。在香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)莢蘭豆(dou)型(xing)、奶油、巧克力、太妃香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)型(xing)中(zhong)都是*香(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)料(liao)。
3、香蘭(lan)素是中(zhong)(zhong)國規(gui)定允許(xu)使用(yong)的(de)食用(yong)香料,可作定香劑,是配(pei)制香草型香精(jing)的(de)主要(yao)原料。也可直(zhi)接用(yong)于(yu)餅干(gan)、糕點、糖果、飲料等(deng)食品(pin)的(de)加香。用(yong)量按正常生產需(xu)要(yao),一般在巧克(ke)力中(zhong)(zhong)970mg/kg;口香糖中(zhong)(zhong)270mg/kg;糕點、餅干(gan)中(zhong)(zhong)220mg/kg;糖果中(zhong)(zhong)200mg/kg;調味品(pin)中(zhong)(zhong)150mg/kg;冷飲中(zhong)(zhong)95mg/kg。
4、GB-2760-2011規定為允許使用(yong)(yong)的食用(yong)(yong)香(xiang)料。廣(guang)泛用(yong)(yong)于配制香(xiang)草、巧克力、奶油等型香(xiang)精,用(yong)(yong)量可達25%~30%,或直接(jie)用(yong)(yong)于餅干、糕點,用(yong)(yong)量0.1%~0.4%,冷飲(yin)0.01%~0.3%,糖果0.2%~0.8%,尤其是(shi)含乳制品。

6、用(yong)作有(you)機分析標(biao)準試劑(ji)
生產方法:將N,用(yong)(yong)鹽酸(suan)(suan)酸(suan)(suan)化(hua)成(cheng)鹽,用(yong)(yong)亞硝酸(suan)(suan)鈉(na)硝化(hua)掉得對亞硝基-N,N-二甲苯(ben)胺鹽酸(suan)(suan)鹽。將其與愈創木酚、甲醛(quan)在41-43℃縮(suo)合。然后用(yong)(yong)苯(ben)萃取。次(ci)蒸(zheng)餾,用(yong)(yong)苯(ben)重結晶,再進行第(di)二次(ci)蒸(zheng)餾,用(yong)(yong)水(shui)重結晶。50℃干燥得成(cheng)品。亞硫(liu)酸(suan)(suan)紙(zhi)漿廢液中,含有(you)樺柏醇結構(gou)單(dan)位的木質素磺酸(suan)(suan)鹽,在堿性條件下(xia)氧化(hua),然后水(shui)解可得到香草醛(quan)。
