mL本品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)的甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇溶(rong)(rong)液中(zhong),加入10 mL水、2 mL亞硝酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉溶(rong)(rong)液(3 g/L)及(ji)5mL鄰聯二(er)(er)茴香(xiang)(xiang)胺甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇鹽酸(suan)(suan)(suan)混(hun)合溶(rong)(rong)液[2 g/L,甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇1mol/ L鹽酸(suan)(suan)(suan)溶(rong)(rong)液(4+6)],在(zai)3min內呈(cheng)橙紅(hong)色(se)(se)。加氯(lv)仿(fang)5 mL,搖動(dong),氯(lv)仿(fang)層(ceng)中(zhong)呈(cheng)現紫色(se)(se)或(huo)(huo)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)紅(hong)色(se)(se),曝光后退(tui)色(se)(se)。
